2. How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • International : 7–15 business days
    You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.


3. Can I track my order?

Yes. After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

5. Do you offer returns or refunds?

Yes. We have a customer-friendly Return & Refund Policy.
We accept returns within 14–30 days of delivery (based on your preference), as long as the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.


6. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us within 48 hours with photos or video of the damaged item.
We will replace the product or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.


7. Can I change or cancel my order?

After shipping, cancellations are no longer possible, but you can still request a return after delivery.

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.
